Greg Deitch, Partner
Greg is a seasoned software innovator and leader. His projects have pioneered new uses for technology that led to business improvements in diverse industries such as health care, home building, hospitality and telecommunications. Greg joined Trabon Solutions as Director, Strategic Business Consulting, in June 2001 from Cerner Corporation where he was Director of Product Management. Prior to Cerner he held positions with Price Waterhouse Management Consulting and Olsten Kimberley Quality Care. Greg earned an MBA and a BA in Computer Science from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Tim Trabon, Partner
Tim is the founder and President of Trabon Printing, one of the Midwest's premier printing firms. Tim's 40 years of growing businesses from the ground up and his passion for serving customers by "getting it right the first time" has helped Trabon Solutions build a solid foundation for success. His early recognition of the value of information technology as a business enabler and his desire to expand his capability to serve customers led Tim to start Trabon Solutions in 1998 with David Windhausen and a small team of developers. Tim has produced a number of professional videos and is an award winning designer and illustrator. Tim is also the Founding Director of Jean-Michel Cousteau Productions. He is a published author and holds various board affiliations.

Dave Kelley, Vice President
As Vice President, Consulting and Solutions Delivery, David has over 15 years experience in custom software and web application development, enterprise applications, new business and new technology product development, and IT consulting. His background includes extensive expertise in project/program management, strategic planning, functional and technical requirements gathering, workflow and application design. His experience includes working in industries such as health care, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, oil and gas, transportation and finance.

Ron has extensive experience in corporate learning consulting, Internet strategy, and services marketing.
