Overview
Dynami Solutions helps homebuilders improve profitability and productivity. It offers mortgage services and consulting to mid-sized homebuilders. Dynami Solutions was incubated within Jagoe Homes, a highly successful, mid-sized homebuilding company based in Owensboro, KY.
Challenge
At the start of the project, Dynami Solutions was a startup, Dynami had few staff and no infrastructure. What the company did have was an executive team with a strong vision for how technology could impact mid-sized homebuilders. They needed a partner that could develop a software product that matched their far-reaching goals.
Strategies and Tactics
Time-to-market was critical for this project. Trabon Solutions led a series of intense, rapid design sessions that quickly produced a comprehensive set of functional requirements for the new application, now named Dynami Builder. At the completion of requirements, Trabon Solutions assembled a team of senior developers to quickly design and build the new application. The application was built in stages with each stage going live at its completion.
